In addition to the "simple routine samples", many users also need to process the most challenging sample materials. For this target group, devices are required that are both powerful and meet the highest safety requirements. In this context, the all-rounder Speedwave Xpert shines thanks to its new SafePrep concept.

The use of 2 magnetrons with a total of 2000 W power significantly increases performance, enabling digestion of the most difficult sample materials. At the same time, the microwave is equipped with dynamically regulated fans which provide a marked noise reduction during digestion in comparison with similar models.

SafePrep stands for guaranteed safety by combining high-quality materials with a sophisticated microwave design, innovative sensor technology and easy operation.

Berghof SwingTop

The top-loader microwave offers maximum comfort in operation. The digestion vessels are individually inserted into the rotor and removed again - the transport of a fully loaded rotor is therefore not necessary - and the highly robust design provides increased safety.

Full reaction control

For digestions at elevated pressures and temperatures, control and monitoring of the reaction parameters is of paramount importance.

The following applies to all measuring processes:

  • Not influenced by microwave radiation.
  • All sensors and wiring lie outside of the microwave field.
  • Perfect chemical resistance of sensors in the oven chamber.
  • No sensors in the sample vessel. As a result, there is no risk of contamination for the samples and no risk of damage or wear and tear through frequent assembly and disassembly.
